James started his career working in private orchards 20 years ago. It was his passion for trees that led him to further his career and expand his knowledge in general tree care and landscape gardening. James has a RHS Advance Certificate in horticulture and climbing qulaifications from Brinsbury College.

Charles Stoddart
Charles Stoddart was born with green fingers, and today brings decades of horticultural experience to the team. What Charles doesn't know about fruit, isn't worth knowing.

Connor
Connor has been with Apples and Pears since 2014 and is fully qualified in tree climbing and rescue, chainsaw maintenance and cross cutting as well as one of qualified first aiders.

Jed
Jed and Connor often work together as the two tree care experts. Jed is also a fully trained and qualified climber.
His tree climbing, pruning, chainsaw proficiency and overall knowledge are second to none.

Sam
Senior Landscaper
Sam joined the team in 2017. He is a valuable team member and is continuing to improve his knowledge and skills through an ongoing training programme in landscaping and gardening.

Josh
Assistant Landscaper
Josh is our most recent member of the team and has already proved himself to be an efficient worker and an enthusiastic trainee.
Together Sam and Josh create planned garden schemes.

Kieran
Kieran joined Apples and Pears in 2018.
Along with Murray, Kieran looks after all horticultural matters.
